History!

Formed in 1988 with the goal  of providing low cost Interactive Voice Response solutions to small to mid-size businesses.

Developed an IVR platform & programming language in 1990 called VoiceBase to aid in the fast deployment of custom business solutions.  Solutions included: Talking Yellow Pages, Automobile Buyer & Seller 900, Hotel Messaging, Voting, Automobile Service Inquiry, Safety Quiz Systems.

Developed an automated attendant & voice messaging solution called VoiceMagic in 1992 which was sold through both domestic & international marketing channels.  

Developed a VoiP based long distance calling network in 2000 to provide low cost alternative calling programs to individuals, businesses and fund raising entities in North & South Carolina.

Developed a safety incentive IVR system in 2006 which currently supports over twenty Fortune 500 companies.  The system was deployed using state-of-the-art IVR, web & database technology.
